We collect information that allows you to use the AI features of the App and manages your subscription.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • User Content (AI Prompts): We collect the text input and prompts you enter to generate content.
  • Account Information (Optional): The App allows for anonymous use. You may optionally choose to sign in to save your data, but we do not require you to provide an email address to use the primary features of the App.
  • Customer Support: If you contact us via our in-app chat, we collect the content of your messages and technical details required to resolve your issue. We do not collect your email address or contact information through this channel.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous data regarding your interaction with the App (e.g., app launches, features used) to ensure technical performance.
  • Transaction Data: We receive confirmation of your subscription status (e.g., "Active" or "Expired") from Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or financial details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide AI Services: Send your prompts to our AI provider to generate captions, ideas, or text.
  • Manage Subscriptions: Verify your purchase status via Apple StoreKit to unlock premium features.
  • App Functionality: Maintain your saved history and preferences within the App.
  • Legal & Security: Detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We share data only with specific service providers required to operate the App:

  • AI Service Providers: We transmit your text prompts to OpenAI to generate responses. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: We use Supabase and Cloudflare to securely store your data and run our backend code.
  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

  • User Content: Saved content is stored until you delete it or delete your account.
  • Anonymous Accounts: If you use the App anonymously and uninstall it, your local data may be lost. Server-side records (if any) are retained for a limited time before deletion.

6. Your Rights and Deletion

You have the right to control your data:

  • Delete Account/Data: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data directly within the App settings.
  • Opt-Out: You are not required to provide personal contact information to use the App.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data transmission and secure cloud storage (Supabase) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
